Immich: v1.139.2 (#7116)

* Switch to pnpm for build

- The Immich repo now uses pnpm to build the server, web/api and cli

* streamline dependency installation

- remove unnecessary duplicates
- install libaom-dev from testing repo

* Bump version to v1.139.2
