tobiasfaust eabd9308ba Commit a new version of 93_DbLog.pm. ...

added the get Function with fully functionality of FileLog
 - column_spec with delta-h/delta-d/int/other regexp
added a Postgresql Script to create the tables and indices needed by DbLog
